Learn to navigate creative stress with someone who knows exactly how it feels

Alessia Pratolongo is a professional actress, astrophysics graduate, meditation instructor, and shamanic practitioner. She runs a production company and a theatre company, and has spent years studying the connections between creative processes, stress management, and psychophysical well-being.

Her approach, which brings together art, science, and inner practices, turns complex concepts into simple tools that can be used by anyone living a creative life.

Alessia will guide you through 3 live sessions where you will learn to:

  • find balance, energy, and mental focus whenever you need them.
  • build your own personal toolkit with effective tools you can use even when you have very little time.
  • make real space for what you feel so you can face challenges and prevent burnout.
  • cultivate creativity by connecting with your most authentic self.

Anti-Stress Toolkit Course

This course is for anyone who feels they need tools to cope with the challenges of an intense creative life.
No prior experience with meditation or relaxation techniques is required.

It consists of 3 two-hour sessions held on Zoom on Sundays from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Rome time (if you cannot attend live, you will receive the recording).

1 06/28/26 Module 1: Stress, creativity, and awareness: understanding creative burnout and recognizing states of creative block.
Module 2: Relaxation as the foundation of the creative process: body awareness in the Stanislavski-Strasberg method.
2 07/05/26 Module 3: Mindfulness and emotional regulation: grounding techniques for the present moment and mini-routines to prevent stress at different times of day.
Module 4: Visualization and imagination: active tools for emotional regulation and creative activation.
3 07/12/26 Module 5: Shamanic Journeying: connecting with your most authentic self and creative insights through Core Shamanism.
Module 6: Integrating techniques and practical tools: how to create your own personal anti-stress toolkit for your daily life and lifestyle.
